Image Licensing

When you purchase a product from Katemba Luke, you are not purchasing the copyright to the image, but rather a license to use the image under specific terms. Copyright remains entirely with Katemba Luke.

1. Physical Prints

Purchasing a physical print grants you the right to display the print in your personal or commercial space (e.g., home, office). You may not reproduce, scan, copy, or distribute the physical print without explicit written permission from Katemba Luke.

2. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. You may:

• Download and store the file on your personal devices.
• Print the image for personal display in your home or office.
• Use the image as a personal desktop or mobile wallpaper.

You may NOT:

• Use the digital image for any commercial purpose, including websites, social media accounts, or marketing materials.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the digital file.
• Alter, manipulate, or create derivative works from the image.
• Remove any embedded watermarks or metadata.

3. Commercial Licensing

If you wish to use any image for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, merchandise, editorial use), you must purchase a Commercial License. Please contact us at hello@katembaluke.com to discuss commercial licensing rates.
