Prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise stated. All applicable taxes and fees are included in the listed price where required by law.

Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit or debit card details. Our Privacy Policy explains how your payment information is handled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

For physical prints, shipping times vary based on location. Digital downloads are delivered via email immediately after successful payment is confirmed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Refunds & Returns

Our refund and return policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. In summary: digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered; physical prints may be replaced if damaged in transit within 7 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, Katemba Luke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lusaka, Zambia.

8. Changes to Terms
